The Montagu Room, located in the space next to the lift on the ground floor is appointed with a conference table for 6 and has been designed as a quiet space that invites brainstorming with videoconference-in capability. Also equipped with a UHD Samsung LED TV, the Yamaha CS700 Video Sound Bar™ for video and audio conferencing and Barco Clickshare™ for wireless presentation control, this more intimate meeting room is ideal for one-on-one presentations, web-based training and small group discussions. Given its location in the rear of the building, this room offers excellent privacy. If you don’t have meeting room credits to apply when booking this room, you will be charged at the rates above. Please note our usual no-show / late cancellation terms apply.
